OUR ROLE

We led the UI/UX process of concept and development involving an intensive research of our the business of music. The answer we found: Digital Concert Tickets
Brainstormings, Workshops, User Testing, User research became a new great concept of ticket sales.


VISION

The world of the ticketed concert hasn't been reached for the new User Experience and User interface for so long.
We integrated a new AI recognising the type of concert and providing "Cross-selling" based on taste, purchased and music type.

UI/UI, ONE STRATEGY CALLED CX

We understood after many years of experience that the UI and UX need to be in the same team following the same goals. CX involved all the areas of each company paying attention to each detail focused on the Business Goals understanding sales.

We implemented a new type of user testing. Flows based on testing thinking about our service and other types of business in pieces and then from end to end.
